The complex scope of work involved replicating historic railings and refurbishing historical doors, all required to comply with strict landmark requirements. Patrick seamlessly managed the entire operation, coordinating all field conditions, fabrication, and installations. When the contractor's internal teams were struggling to move the project forward on their own, Patrick stepped in and took over management of the project—ultimately saving the firm significant costs while ensuring a timely, accurate, and successful delivery.
